Designing

All equipments are designed with fixed aim as,
1.	User Friendly
2.	Optimum Quality with Economical Costing.
3.	Should fulfill customer requirements
4.	Robust
5.	Good aesthetics

For designing we make use of modern software such as AUTOCAD – 2004 and PRO E. Before making virtual model, first entire equipment is designed on computer using this software. Components are designed and projected. Suitable vendor is decided and samples are brought. Some standard components are procured from related sources. A prototype is built and test trails are carried out. Once all trial are successfully completed, Equipment is brought to manufacturing line.

Incoming Raw Materials

At TECHNOFAB and now at LABLINE EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. We have procedure to check incoming material. Standard system is developed for checking components as per their specifications.

1.	Machined Components & Fabricated Bodies : All of them have drawings with specified tolerances. We have equipments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometers, Go No-Go Guages etc to check this component. They are checked for their dimensional accuracy and finishing.
2.	Plastic Molded Components : We have our own dies and molds for this components. Generally they are checked using sampling method visually.
3.	Electrical and Electronics Components : Standard panel boards or circuits are used to check this components.

Finished Product

All equipments have standard procedure for their final inspection and checking. A standard performance level is decided for equipments. Each equipment is checked individually for their performance. If it is operating as desired than it is handed over to packing section.

Various equipments such as digital tachometers , contact less tachometers, stabilizer, panel board are used for checking equipments.
